The Department of Mathematical Sciences welcomes applications to our M.S. and Ph.D. programs in Mathematical Sciences. We have programs in Applied Mathematics, Applied Statistics and Probability, Biostatistics, and Data Science.

PhD in Mathematical Sciences

Applied Mathematics Track

Emphasizes the applications of mathematical methods to the physical and biological sciences and engineering, including acoustics, electromagnetics, fluid dynamics, materials science, biology, and medicine.
